We’re Phong (Peter) & Thủy (Kylie), a Vietnamese-born couple passionate about sharing authentic flavours. Our travels across Southeast Asia and Australia have shaped the dishes we serve at Basil and Mint.

Since moving to Perth in 2009, our goal has been to bring high-quality Vietnamese cuisine to the local community and celebrate the connection between Australia and Vietnam.
